2-Story House Wash in Dunlap, Tennessee

This project came from a referral. Communication was key with this customer, as they were living in Florida while inquiring about their home in Dunlap, Tennessee. With their permission, we visited the property, took notes/pictures of everything that needed washing, and sent the customer a detailed "options" estimate where they could choose which services were top priority for them. The exterior of this home was extremely dirty with bacteria build up on the vinyl siding, moss growing on the asphalt shingle roof, and serious debris clogging the gutters. Upon their return to Tennessee, Murphy Power Washing completed a House Wash, Roof Wash, and Gutter Flush. Total time elapsed between initial inquiry and project completion was around 8 months with frequent emails and updates to maintain communication. Murphy Power Washing does NOT require homeowners to be present during the work, however, in this situation, the home's water was turned off and we had to wait for them to return from Florida.
