What was Unique about this Project: All downspouts were trenched into a stock pond on the property. All spouts had to be disassembled, capped and redirected into 5 gallon buckets.

Assessment: large accumulation of Gloeocapsa Magma on the roof took multiple applications to rid. House was had basic build up and was removed with one application of house wash mix

Special Prep Work: disassemble downspouts, rinse plants with fresh water

Conclusion: customer was surprised at the cleanliness of their roof and incredibly satisfied with our work and customer service.

Roof Cleaning Process:

1- Ensure Gutters and Downspouts are Clear to allow for proper drainage

2- Pre-wet/cover plants or any other sensitive surface to protect from overspray

3- Utilize Soft washing techniques to gently apply bio-friendly solutions to surface of the roof

4- Allow adequate dwell time to ensure all mold/mildew is eliminated

5- Thoroughly Rinse appropriate areas and uncover plants

House Washing Process:

1- Perform property pre-inspection checklist

2- Cover Electrical outlets, outdoor furniture, plants, outdoor electronics, etc

3- Test-spot our cleaning solution to ensure no paint-bleeding will occur

4- Utilize soft washing techniques to gently apply bio-friendly solutions to house exterior surfaces

5- Rinse solution off all surfaces of the house, paying particular attention to windows and wooden surfaces

6- Spot-treat any surfaces with left over residual mildew or dirt

Driveway and Surface Cleaning Process:

1- Clear away any overgrowth and debris from ground surface to be cleaned

2- Pre-treat using a Cleaning solution to penetrate deep into the concrete to assist in bacteria extermination

3- Utilize a Rotary Surface Cleaner to Wash away build up in the concrete

4- Rinse away loose dirt agitated by the surface cleaner

5- Utilize a detail wand to wash any areas that are not accessible with the surface cleaner

6- Post-Treat with the same solution to remove any remaining bacteria and to eliminate Surface cleaner "lines"

7- Seal Concrete (Optional)
